Contract Wire Pro

Every federal opportunity you can actually bid on — filtered to your NAICS codes, certifications, keywords, and target agencies. Delivered daily. No firehose.

Why this exists

SAM.gov posts thousands of opportunities a week. Most don’t apply to you. Pro reads every new posting and sends you only the ones matching your profile — no more scrolling past unrestricted IDIQs when you’re a HUBZone firm, or DoD work when you sell to HHS.

The opportunity

The Naval Postgraduate School needs DSpace software upgrades, configuration, maintenance, and support services. This is a sole-source contract with no competitive bidding involved.

Why this fits you. This opportunity matches your NAICS 541511 and SBA set-aside eligibility, with direct relevance to software maintenance and support services.

Your angle. Highlight any past performance with DSpace or similar institutional repository platforms, and consider teaming with firms experienced with library systems for stronger capture credibility.

Each briefing typically includes 5–15 matches. No matches today? No email.

Your email
Your NAICS codes

Comma-separated 6-digit codes from your SAM.gov registration. Example: 541511, 541512, 541519. Leave blank to receive all matches (high volume).

Your set-aside eligibility

Check every certification your business holds. We’ll match opportunities reserved for those categories. “Full and Open” means unrestricted opportunities anyone can bid on.

More filters — agencies, keywords, value range, states, notice types, instant alerts
Your target agencies (optional)

Which agencies do you sell to? Comma-separated. We match against the agency hierarchy. Leave blank for all agencies.

Your keywords (optional)

Specific products, services, or technologies you offer. Matched against opportunity titles and descriptions. Comma-separated.

Contract value range (optional)

Filter out opportunities outside your bid capacity. Leave either blank for no limit. Values are parsed from opportunity text — opps with no stated value always pass through.

Place of performance (optional)

2-letter state codes, comma-separated. Only match opportunities performed in these states. Leave blank for any location.

Notice types (optional)

Which stages do you want to see? Leave all unchecked to receive all notice types.

Delivery speed

Daily digest is on by default. Instant alerts add hourly pulses during business hours when a match posts — useful for fast-moving set-asides and tight deadlines.

Card captured via Stripe. No charge until day 8. $25/month thereafter. Cancel any time. We store your filter profile in our email platform (Brevo) — nothing more.

How it works

FAQ

How is this different from SAM.gov’s free email alerts?

SAM.gov’s free alerts are keyword-only and notoriously noisy — they’ll send you 50+ unrelated opportunities daily. Pro filters by your combination of NAICS + set-aside + agency + keyword + value + state + notice type, then runs each match through AI to surface what actually fits your business. Most subscribers go from 50 alerts/day to 3–10 highly relevant ones.

What happens after my 7-day trial?

Your card is charged $25 on day 8 and you continue receiving daily briefings. If you cancel any time before day 8 from your subscriber link, you’re not charged. After day 8, you can still cancel anytime with no penalty — you keep access through the end of the billing period.

Can I change my filters later?

Yes. Every briefing has a personal magic link in the footer that opens a self-serve filter editor — change your NAICS, set-asides, keywords, agencies, anything — and the next morning’s briefing reflects the new profile.

What if I don’t get any matches some days?

No email gets sent. We’d rather skip a day than waste your inbox with junk. If you go a full week with zero matches, your filters are probably too narrow — loosen one dimension (drop a NAICS, broaden agencies) and the matches return.

Where does the AI summary come from? Can I trust it?

Each match is summarized by GPT-4o using only the opportunity’s text from SAM.gov. We don’t train models on your data, send your filters anywhere outside our pipeline, or sell anything. The original SAM.gov link is always shown so you can verify directly.

Is my data shared with anyone?

Your filter profile is stored in our email platform (Brevo) and used only to filter your briefings. No data sold, no third-party trackers, no lead lists. Stripe handles billing — we never see your card number.

Do you cover international opportunities?

Not yet — Pro covers US federal opportunities only (SAM.gov). State and local procurement, plus international, are on the future roadmap.
